Cancellation, Return, Exchange & Refunds

IMPORTANT: Without the opening video refunds, exchange or returns will be not be entertained.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. In case you want to cancel your order, please do so before it is shipped.
  2. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount
  3. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

RETURN POLICY

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Original tags and invoices should be intact.

Please raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product. Once we receive your return shipment, we will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of the product within 7-10 working days.  

Refund Amount: In case of returns, Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. For orders where we have not charged shipping we will deduct upto Rs. 200 on account of Shipping & COD charges.

Aevum Credit: In case you are returning the product just because you did not like the product and for no other reason like defects or damage, we will provide you with an Aevum Credit valid for 2 months for the Refund Amount.

Package Opening Video: Please record your video while opening the parcel. While making the video proper name slip and docket number should be visible.

Without the opening video refunds, exchange or returns will be not be entertained. Please see sample Opening Video below.

Jewellery and Bags are Non-returnable.

Damaged Courier Package: If your order reaches you in a bad condition or if the packaging is damaged or tampered with, please refuse to accept the package. Mail us at care@aevum.in mentioning your Order ID. Once we receive the package a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost to you. 

Defective or Damaged Product: If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at care@aevum.in with your Order ID and send us the package opening video and a snapshot of the defect.

 

Once confirmed over e-mail from our end, please ship the product back to us within 7 days at the address mentioned below:

Reverse pick-up is arranged only on request for which payment has to be made separately. In case of pick arranged by Aevum kindly shoot a video of the product and the pick-up boy while accepting the product from you. This will serve as a proof that you have handed over the correct product to the pick-up boy. Please preserve the courier receipt for your pick-up.

Mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet as stated below –

EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Original tags and invoices should be intact.

If you wish to exchange your product please raise a request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Refund Amount: In case of exchange, we will provide you with an Aevum Credit valid for 1 month for your order amount minus Shipping and COD charges upto Rs. 200.

Customized products like product with Fall and Picot are not eligible for returns/exchanges/refunds.

For exchanges/returns, please drop a mail to care@aevum.in with your order ID and other key information, within 48 hours of your receiving the product. It would be great if you add a line which explains the reason of return, so that we can take that into consideration and work towards improving it.

Note: The following conditions apply for all return and exchange requests:

  1. Package opening video is a must for all returns or exchanges. Without the video return or exchange will be not be entertained.
  2. The items should be unused and in original condition.
  3. If the return is due to a defect issue, only then the return shipping charges will be borne by us.
  4. Once we have received the products a quality check will be done by our team. If found ok we will process the refund or exchange.
  5. The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  6. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product is not eligible for return or exchange.
  7. Sarees with fall and picot/edging done by the customer will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  8. Customized product orders like product with Fall and Picot are not eligible for returns/exchanges/refunds.
  9. Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within 48 hours of receiving the product will not be accepted.
  10. If you opt for Aevum Credit, you cannot en-cash it later.
  11. Products bought during sale are non-refundable

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.

If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount

If in case you want to return the products, the shipping, customs or any other additional charges will have to be borne by you. Once we have received the products a quality check will be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us

The amount refunded to you will be only for the products. Shipping charges are non-refundable

If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at sales@indusroots.co.in with your Order ID and send us the package opening video and a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of that defective product

We do not have an exchange policy for international customers.

     

    DISCLAIMER

    • Our products are packed in a secure tamper proof packaging. If you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept delivery and return it back to the delivery person.
    • Please email us at care@aevum.in mentioning your Order ID and we’ll do the needful.
    • If the delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel was received in a secure manner.
    • We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/Postal authorities, but will definitely help you track down a package through our Logistics partners.
